Vef is best team in Latvia, and they are hot.. Easily won Triumph and Neptunas, played good vs CSKA moscow..VEF RIGA will dominate by atleast 10 pts..
The only reason, why there is spread only -2.5, is because Riga is 4000 km from Enisey's arena.. But i think, it wont be problem for VEF..

i was thinking enisey. VEF always plays good against better opponent ( like CSKA). although they look good on paper, do not be surprised to see them surprisingly losing to worse teams. 39-51 at the half. they can still pull this one out.
