Wagering parlays, O/U, teasers

Alright everybody so need to see what everybodys opinion is.

So I do my daily games where I cap them.

I do straight bets - ML,spread, totals and also parlays and teasers and mix them all around.

What is everybody's strategy for deciding which teams to put into teasers parlays etc.

Tonight, after thinking I switched around different teams and bets with teasers parlays, realized Detroit was in every one of them, which was horrible, and realize that is one thing to make sure but then if you are capping games and 3 games look solid, what is your own strategy for picking which to include and which to leave out?

Let me know anybody opinion advice comments and sorry if its confusing.

I really only like to parlay totals more than spreads, I just feel like I have more chance for handicapper error when I'm not picking a team.

I do love the 7(BB)/10(FB) point teasers when I have 3 strong plays, if they are that good of a play, surely they can cover with an additional 7/10 points.

Yeah good point.
My problem is I like to do all sorts of parlays 3,4 usually 5 teams and typically, like probably everybody if picking 5, 4 come through or picking 3 and 2 come through and the one that didnt I had a strong handle on the cap, or so I thought.

Tweets, are you saying you tease basketball with football, and spot 7 for basketball and 10 for football? or am I missing something?

I apologize if this is a stupid question... just trying to learn!
