alright boys, we got 1 of the best races of the year this weekend its the coca-cola 600 from Charlotte motorspeedway!!...definatley 1 of my personal favorite races of the entire year....also the longest race of the year at 600 miles...we have been absolutley killing it so far this season, so lets hope it keeps rolling this weekend too!...the nationwide race from charlotte will be saturday afternoon and the CUP race will be a SUNDAY night race becuase of the memorial weekend holiday...lets get it!!!!

Charlotte motorspeedway is a 1.5 mile qudl-oval racetrack,...banking is 24 degrees in the turns and 5 degrees in the staightaways...the fronstretch is 1,980 ft long, with the backstretch at 1,500 ft long

already starting watching the previous races this morning and got my notebooks out ready to go....im really pumped up for this racing weekend...definatley the best motorsports weekend of the whole year by far with indy 500 on the same day as the 600

as always every1's USEFUL input and opinions are always welcome on my thread....the more we help each other the more we win, and its been a GREAT season at the cash window so far, so lets keep it rolling in!

QUALIFYING: THURSDAY @ 7pm, airing on SPEED channel

COKE 600 RACE: SUNDAY starting at 6pm on FOX

no, it might be this evening, or latest tomorrow evening...always by then though...id say tomorrow but ill look all day today just in case

i always bet a few guys by tuesday evening at the latest....ill post it here or PM if u want when they go up...i will be waiting for it... lol

Seen lines up at The Greek just now.......JJ @+550 and everyone else at +800 or higher.

Hope to see Johnson +600 or higher at 5 Dimes when their lines come up......There seems to be good value elsewhere as of now......

Well this is a 600 mile race and changes throughout the race can and probably will happen.

+550 is fine with me, wont ever see whatever the odds are when they come out again imo....people will bet him hard til sunday, and no way im leaving jimmy off at charlotte as hot as that team has been

im getting him early and every1 else but 1-2 guys will just get better day of the race as most will hammer jimmy and whoever sessions out good

qualifying doesnt mean a thing in this race...like u said, 600 miles a LONG race...where u start isnt going to matter, except make odds better for some guys we like that dont qualify in top 5...

ill make a few early bets, and save plenty for best value on raceday....besides top 3 favorites after sessions, odds will just get better and better for other drivers til they close bets

plus 5dimes USUALLY always has best odds...especially early so hopefully we will see +600 or better, but id be fine will anything over +500 if every1 else is +800 or worse

definatley not a week ill be taking more than 1 rousch car....kennseth the only current rousch driver to ever even win at charlotte with 2, last falls race and in 2000....that was the only win for FORD at charlotte since 2002 when mark martin was driving a ford....definatley FORDs and rousch racings worst 1.5 mile track

BIFFLE and EDWARDS both have never won a cup race at charlotte...just something to keep in mind

for me, kennseth will probably be only rousch car i will be looking at...at not sure ill take him early or later or at all...

ill be focusing mostly on Hendrick cars early probably...im not a Dale Jr fan at all, and never bet on him usually but this week i think i will if early odds are good enough...watched last years race yesterday, where he ran out of fuel obn last lap when happy harvick passed him for the win...and looked strong last weekend

***Dale jr will be bring back the exact same car from last weekends ALL-STAR race...and the car looked great in both showdown and allstar event

will also be looking at kasey kahne this week....team has been coming on strong as of late, and charlotte is arguably his best overall track with 3 wins in last 12 races at charlotte

yeah who knows....he has a thing for the fuel mileage.....i sure hope the 600 is not ruined coming down to fuel mileage

cant decide on brad K yet....more than likely he wont be an early choice for me here...just depends on the odds

Is there anything preventing them from doing it Tuesday or even Monday? I don't think any information changes.

shocked his odds are that good since his nationwide program has obviously hit its stride now...not to mention hes a great at charlotte
