alright gentlemen its championship week and the season finale at homstead this week!!

carl edwards and tony stewart are seperated by 3 points and are the only 2 drivers that can win the championship

sad to see it the season (and the $$) come to a 3-month end but 1 last chance to get it

championship week scedule: (ALL RACES AT HOMESTEAD)

truck series: friday 8pm (est) on speed channel

nationwide: saturday 4:30 pm (est) on ESPN2

sprint cup: sunday 3pm (est) on ESPN

**as always all comments and suggestions, stats, ect. are welcome on this thread
***truck series dillon leads sauter by 20, and buschler by 28...avoid disaster and hes the champ
****nationwide ricky stenhouse is the champion with 37th place finish or better

its going to intersting to see how smoke and edwards race this week....

personally, i think each will only worry about where the other is on the track....if 1 had trouble winning the race goes out the window and just making sure they stay clean and wrap it up....not sure if taking either to win the race would be smart move...like to hear what everybody else thinks about that

with only 3 point separation each will try and lead early and probably do best to lead most laps.May see fuel mileage come into play

i agree with you guys.....NO WAY in hell im betting those guys around +500...thats awful....i do think there is value in some others...im going to start digging in today and start looking early wagers...probably will take 2/3 ealy and leave myself some room for agter the sessions...

ive only bet him 3-4 times the whole year,(because ive lost alot over last few years and learned a lesson) and this is 1 of his better tracks, so i wont say no yet, but be very unlikely...especially at +1300, no real value in that.

I think so but also think if near end and he has a chance it could happen

vickers about the same as sadler was last year....he couldnt even win in nationwide the best equipment when booted out of Cup series....i hope to god vickers just gets start and park or a below average nationwide ride..

not saying he isnt better, but hes isnt very good either...he was in some of the best equipment all year in nationwide and could not win 1 race...there is a good reason sadler couldnt get a Cup ride, he isnt good enough, just like vickers

harvick isnt no joke here either...hes done everything but win at homestead....his stats are impressive...i like him and kennseth but +850 still seems high for harvick being he hasnt won here(but finished 3rd place last 2 years), as for matt +850 isnt bad IMO...the way fords have dominated this track i would be suprised if u will get kennseth better than +850, but anything could happen in sessions i guess

You used to relay on Kenseth starting from the back and being able to get a good # on him. Not so much now.

Can we extend the Ford love to Ambrose pulling another top 10 this week ya think? His stats are so bad here he is about 15 positions lower than the bottom of this list. (I still think it is one of his best ovals though)

definatley like the ford family...think ill have to pounce on these early as well actually...ur right about the old kennseth having better #'s for sure too...but i think +850 is a good # early this week for him...they gave too much credit to smoke on this track at +550 IMO
