just wanted to say hi and im new to sbr....my MAIN wagering i do is nascar wins, matchups, ect...but mainly wins...i pick 3-5 winners for each race and im excited to share ideas each week....right now im on a 3 race win streak and have a propjit in 20 of 27 this year and looking to keep it...lets pool thoughts and make some money guys...

hard to pass up kurt busch and bowyer with +1500 and +1700 just from track strength standpoint at the early odds....worth a mid-range pick maybe...maybe not at the top of the list but may include on my roster

i just signed up at sbr today...stumbled on site when vip.com closed and i needed to find a new book..after researching here i went with 5dimes, and never knew what i was missing with the options on nascar...i was at vip 10 yrs so never needed to look anywhere else( or so i thought)...since i found sbr ive been reading here daily and really enjoy it so i decided to sign up today....5D quick plus they pay quickly with no problems at all

cant go wrong with any of those at nhms, nice picks......had tony at 20-1 last weekend
....i usually pick 2 or 3 b4 they practice, ect.,(depending if i like the early odds) based on past history, and track, then ill study the practice notes and avgs and pick a few more after that...ive compiled notebooks on each track/driver that i factor in as well

i wager on football as well, but nascar pays the bills and formy footbal betting as well most the time...lol.....i just really enjoy it....my azz was sweating last weekend running out of gas cause i left harvick off my roster last weekend

ya I hate fuel mileage races. I can almost see a kurt and jimmie battle for the win this weekend. I usually always wait till after practice to make picks but will pick out a few I like beforehand

jimmy is flat out OVER-due...i do most my bigger wagers after as well, but no way in hell kurt is 15-1 for long, i just think thats a little off...so i had to go ahead and take him early

exactly my thoughts on 48 and 20 as well...just didnt see any value on taking them early at those odds...better chance of going down a little and getting at worst same prices late

i sure cant take another fuel mileage race again this week.....nothing worse than leading those and running out...worst way to lose and im speaking from experienceS

Great to have another race bettor around here. Sounds like we could have used you signing up a few weeks earlier if you are on a hot trot, because it's been a cold run around here for a lot of us last couple of races.

yeah ive been reading the nascar page here for a few weeks and i had to join today....lots of good opinions bouncing off each other is always a good idea...ill definatley be a regular on the nascar pages, my main wagering is nascar by far...i try to put alot of time and research in as well..(not that helps all the time but it makes me feel like it does--lol)...i think i will enjoy chatting with every1 here...thanks for being friendly to a newbie

btw...ive been wagering nascar around 8 or 9 years now and ive NEVER seen a year like this b4...just crazy the end of these things this year, not to mention a few the winners and non-winners....im just glad i have somewhere to discuss the races every week....i would also like to join in the contests and pools i see u have going here...im definatley in starting in febuaray

Newman should be strong as as taking same chasis they wonwirh here earlier in year

Good value on Kurt he always runs well here


Could see all chase drivers up front as start as it. Looks like rain there Friday for qualifying

newman good here but takes a miracle for him to win without fuel mileage and 15 to 1 just deosnt seem like any value for newman at all...even if he won the pole his odds wont be much diff. than 15 to 1 in my opinion.....i also think kurt at +1500 is a steal early, and i never bet bowyer but +1700 not bad on him either early wise...i take 4-6 every week so i have a roster to build..lol...i mean 7 winners past 7 races here so this is a wide open track as far as winners are concerned, but thats what i mainly put my big money on and worry about matchups, groups, ect. after my roster is complete

im not much on taking anybody JUST on value, ect...i do too much work every week...nascar pays my bills so i have to factor in everything thats happens and my notebooks all in 1....i dont take any driver every week based on just 1 thing, its always several factors

Yes both teams a flat mess think I played Bowyer once early in year,been fading Kahne all I can in race match ups

i never take him early, just judge that squad week to week, but my norebook on that team is getting filled in nicely for next year....

7 winners last 7 races this is a toughy, but hard to say id take newman at 15 to1....no value early on...maybe he impresses during practice and averages but id have to wait and see...even if he does wont get much better than 15 to 1 for newman...he hasnt been better than that the entire year...i just cant bet 100-200 on him this early....need to save my bankroll i put back for loudon til after practices on him at least....got about 800 prophit from chicagoland, and plan to spend somewhere around 5-6 units id say this week....just wait and see how the odds work out...but right now just kurt busch early

well kyle actually my fav. driver by far so i cant argue with anything...hes the 1 person i rarely bet against in matchups and usually have him on my WIN roster at least to cover my wagers for the race...hes a beast thats all there is to it
