Thought Gordon would run him down. On to next week.

        so upset with this race

had Montoya in my weekly pool, too. Guy runs among the top few for most of the race and somehow finishes 28th.

Hamlin leads Logano almost the whole way too.

Sounds like classic Montoya... should win, could win, never comes through.

yep. On the site with the weekly pool, I mention I had Montoya and the guy running the contest replies:

"Constant Montoya theme. So many bad finishes out of nowhere."

Pocono is another track where Montoya always looks a chance but is yet to bring it home. Last 4 races there he has an average driver rating of 103 (which 'should' get you a top 5 every time), but has still only managed to finish 4th, 7th, 11th and 12th.

He should be better value than at Indy, and probably a better chance too.

I've felt let down too many times backing him to bother trying again though. (he's in the sin bin with Junior for me until they actually do something)

Hamlin, always seems to run a strong Pocano

Horrible pit management. Can't take 4 on that last pit.
