I like to make HTH bets at Bodog and check if field bets have any value.
BetJam only offering 15/1, and that's without 24 drivers, so that's a pretty clear pass.
DSI not really working. Finally was able to log in and no odds offered for this.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

#53I think you're right, but I just can't help myself.
A lot of the field goes a few laps and parks.
Homos Skinner and Green already did that. May as well make these guys a million to 1 because they don't even bother trying to finish the race.
Guys who do this should be banned from Sprint Cup races.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

#54Yeah it's not very sporting.
The price NASCAR pays for being obsessed with full fields during an economic downturn. They could fix it if they wanted to. A start n parker who can qualify well each race will make soemthing near 2 million in prize money.
And if you don't like seeing 2 or 3 do it in cup... you should see the race to the garage in Nationwide. Sometimes more than 10..Comment -

#55It's a joke and the people running NASCAR need to realize this makes them look bad. I'm sure it's worse with Nationwide and lesser competition, but I emphasize this because it's allegedly the "major leagues". This is the majors and a bunch of the people entered forfeit without even trying? It'd be so easy to stop this, but the morons in charge just encourage it.
Nemecheck and McDowell also parked, making four already. The usual suspects.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual

#57McDowell races sometimes. Last year NASCAR made a public display of saying they would impound the engine of the first car to park with mechanical issues each race. Which would cost the serial star n parkers big time. But I'm not sure they ever went through with it or kept it up, as it's much more obvious this year than last.
The difference in cost between running a race and parking is probably 100,000 dollars plus. Mostly due the engine cost, crew costs and tire costs. But if the team parks early they might be able to make an engine last half the season or more without needing a $50,000+ rebuild each race like the backmarkers that finish do.
One argument to let it go on is it allows small teams to get started and get seen on track and gain a sponsor so they can race.
Not saying it's good. I used to bitch about it too. Just accepted it now..Comment -

#59Yeah I remember hearing about that as well, that they'd dismantle it, but I don't think they ever followed through. Besides, it's a dumb idea. If they wanted to solve it, they could just start suspending repeat offenders.[quote=jjgold;5683305]I win again like usual
