I know he has under performed but he still has more wins than 35 percent of the active drivers. I feel that the new crew chief is working nicely. We have witnessed almost every kind of track on the circuit this season and the car set ups are working well.
A solid top 10 this weekend with maybe some laps led will start to change my opinion of him.

On a side note, he gets great odds in a lot of races. I think by crew chief and car owner alone, he should win two or three races this year.
