i'm rather curious how one would cap nascar races ?
daytona 500 being 12 days away.

Only value I find in motorsport is in matchups, and base those on a combination of past driver form at track, past car/engine form at track, and current season / last 5 races performance..
I do F1, may try some limited capping of NASCAR this year as time allows.

My opinion on this is that if you have to ask this question with the event only 12 days away your best bet would likely be to take a pass on this one.
But that's just me ...

If you bet NASCAR then you are smoking better stuff than I am!! Cap
this and waste time. Ask you girlfriend or boyfriend who they like
thats a more efficent and profitable way to win..

To tell you the truth, I can't remember when I actually started betting NASCAR. Maybe this sparked it.
Go from not betting it, to snagging the favorite at The Glenn for 150/1.

There was only a few posts prior to this available. And they all sound like it's a new section to the site, so could very well be it.
1st post is JJgold asking if Jeff Gordon will ever win again (he does say a smart thing or two occasionally)

You and Hawk and Avssakic were the total of regulars when i first found this place. You'd post a race thread on Wednesday or Thursday and that was about the extent of threads I think.

I would post my fantasy five. Which were my 5 drivers from the ESPN stockcar challenge, now we have a point contest.
Then when I started betting, I would throw my bets in too.
I think you picked up the threads when I went inactive for a little while.

Really wasn't that much activity here when I came a few years ago. It's got a AlOT bigger the last 3 seasons
