Bunch of clowns standing there watching the flames almost engulf the car why the driver is sitting there helpless. How about grabbing an extinguisher or get her out of the friggin car! The dope stands with the hose in his hand looking back waiting for pressure. I assume someone is going to get their ass kicked for that debacle.
