The streets of California will roar shortly when the IndyCars fire up for a day of good racing. In between we'll be picking winners at the horse track while tuning into some NBA playoff action. NASCAR races are not likely due to rain and then to top it all off we'll watch some NHL playoffs and maybe check out some baseball scores.

Australia's Will Power continues a terrific start to 2010 with the pole for Long Beach and having won the 1st 2 events to start the season.

Kevin Durant and the NBA's youngest team is going to take it to the Laker's today and will take game 1 with an exciting victory. Take the 7½ points and rest easily. Durant has all the passion needed and he is motivated with little to lose here but put on a great showing.

About 21-22 laps remain after a full course caution (the first) and we're fixin' to have a nice shootout to the finish here in Long Beach.

Hunter Reay, Will Power and Justin Wilson look to be the contenders.
