Good luck on your picks, onlooker. The 3 look solid.
Carl Edwards has finished sixth or better in the first five races of 2010. The one thing missing -- a victory. The No. 60 rolls off first in the Nationwide race at Phoenix -- a track Edwards has won at three times. Green set for 9:45 p.m. ET.
My god, if you missed this race, I feel sorry for you. Kyle Busch was leading most the race, and around lap 130 or so he had to start in 2nd because a caution came out right at the restart. But NASCAR said Keselowski was ahead at the yellow flag, but if you watch the restart he didn't let Kyle take the Green flag at the restart line. So Kyle should of been restarting in first after that caution.
Ok, so he has to restart 2nd. Well he does the same thing Keselowski did, but he gets black flagged and has to do a drive through penalty on around lap 140. So he got back on the pace around 20th place. Kyle raced his way up to 11th place before the last caution came out around 14 laps left to go in the race. When Kyle pitted, him and Joey Logano hit each other, so Kyle over drove his pit. He backed up, and finished the pit, got out to 10th spot. I think Kyle and Keselowski were the only top runners to take 4 tires. Also before the green flag, Kyle got on the radio and said his transmission was done. A bluff?
Well on the restart with about 10 to go, there was a great battle up front with Logano, Keselowski, Harvick, Edwards, Biffle and Kyle. Well Kyle ended up out front with about 5 to go and never looked back. Won the DAMN thing. Pretty good with a bum tranny. He did a incredible burn out and burnt the left side tire off completely. He said in the winner circle, that he paid back NASCAR (Because of that terrible black flag) with a win.
Kyle was high up on my list of favorite drivers, and he probably is my favorite at this point.
Your the man Kyle!

Yes it was, and I encourage everyone to catch the replay that ESPN usually plays later tonight. DVR it or something.

The whole Black Flag issue made this thing even more exciting. Me and my son was yelling for Kyle to move up, and hoping for that final caution. Plus I was like, FUK, when I heard the radio convo about the transmission being done with.
I knew with the way Edwards and Biffle was running all race, that my only hope was with Kyle and his dramatic surge to the front.

Kyle is great - adds some balls and excitement that's been lacking lately

To each his own. I use to think the same thing a few years ago.

I didn't see much of the race live so I took your advice and recorded it from a 3 AM replay and fast forwarded thru it this morning. Thanks for the heads up.
