Thank God for her the races don't require backing up...Every time I go to a store there is at least one woman who is trying to back out of a parking spot and it's like a "17 point" turn for her to do it. Why can't they back up? I love when they have like 20 feet before they approach the car behind them and go super-slow like they are inches from hitting the car...it's extremely aggravating to watch!

I'd guess she's good for casual fans or people who generally don't care about the sport otherwise, like me. I feel almost no reason to pay attention to NASCAR except for her.

With a down economy and the way ratings and attendance dropped last year, Danica was a shot that NASCAR needed. Her presence pulled in the curious and inspired others. Did she perform well? Nope but then again, what Indy driver did well in their first 3 NASCAR races? It took Montoya a couple of years. Hornish is still making the adjustment. And whoa...who would have thought the General didn't like a woman in something? Shocking.
