Your numbers seem about right. Maybe the greek is losing money on these types of bets and are lowering it to minimize the damage. Head to head is actually pretty easy to cap, that wouldn't surprise me at all.

Off the top of my head maybe try pinnaclesports or 5dimes, not sure what there maximums are though. Make sure your cash is with a reputable book so your cash is safe.
