Alright fellas we are back off the Easter weekend hiatus and Xfinity and Cup series are both back for Talladega....The trucks will return next weekend at Dover...The Xfinity series will be Saturday afternoon at 1PM on FS1...The Cup series is Sunday afternoon at 2PM on FOX main channel..

Please keep in mind this week that this is a complete new motor package and spoiler..There are NO MORE REST. PLATES from now on just tapered spacers for type Cup series cars..This package was not even used at Daytona earlier this season..Also NASCAR thinks they might go too fast so they may adjust things also...Nobody has any idea if it will be pack racing for maybe even back to Tandem at plate races now...The usual total crap shoots here are even more so this time around....

some are bad..really bad others not so much there is something to be said for betting a guy though at 18-1 with ticket in hand vs 20-1 overseas..I am heading just across to Mexico can't wait to see what they post at the casino.

openers freaking sucked for the most part...I mean they dont even know if they will be pack drafting or if they will Tandem draft like 7-8 yrs ago...I did find my Tandem notebook though, stunned I still had it...only reason I can figure Bowyer is 10-1 cause he was top notch at it...So nobody knows so instead of giving good odds overall they gave us shit on almost everybody...

could change for better but Almirola 13 and Ricky 20 best of the bunch early imo...Jones been good too lately on super speedways but he is much better at Daytona...Could make a case for over half the field here i guess lol

Ragan 3/4 top 10s here last 2 yrs at 100-1 but hes an auto bet for me And may get better when odds shift

P1 looked same as usual. Was no tandem drafting amd very little bump drafting. Not sure if it was just because nobody wanted to wreck ans took it easg or its just gonna be closer to normal than expected. No word if any changes to motors yet but Im not sure why they would at this point

They made changes to the rear gears and added 1 inch of wicker to the spoilers for excessive speeds. Not sure that helped by the speeds in P2 now but just have to see
