DAYTONA (night race)---

Alright fellas we are heading back at DAYTONA International Speedway this weekend!! This is our first repeat racetrack of the nascar season. The Xfinity series will be in action racing on Friday night, and the Cup series will be racing on Saturday night. The truck series has this holiday weekend off.

DAYTONA is a 2.5 mile tri-oval superspeedway with banking of 31 degrees in the turns, 18 degrees in the tri-oval and 2 degrees on the straight.

We all know plate racing is just as much luck and as it is about handicapping the drivers with the best value with their odds. U can always have a bigger roster and still cash out huge because the odds are usually so much better. Out last restriction plate race paid off in a really BIG way cashing us longshot winners of +2450 in Xfinity and +4200 in the Cup race. That is rare even at a plate track, but far from impossible for lightning to strike twice in plate racing.

Not sure when odds will post this week but I'll be looking starting now too whenever they do. Imo, there are drivers that are all around great plate racers, but also guys that are better at either Daytona or talladega and not both. Odds play a key role in my lineups on favs and longshots.even though luck plays a huge role with the draft and wrecks, handicapping who is really good here currently over perception is also very key.

im hoping to get a big parlay going off xfinity to carry over to the Cup race. Parlaying Logano in sure for Xfinity and a h2h parlay as usual.

It's actually between him and Harvick I'm debating on adding one more to my Saturday roster. Be nice to build up the bank a little with a Friday night Xfinity win

Logano, jones, and Suarez are the only Cup guys in the Xfinity race.

Depending on his odds i may take him regular and parlay him along with 1-2 others. I mean he's far and away the best plate driver in the field, but anyhing can happen at Daytona so being the best doesn't mean nearly as much.

True. I rarely play baseball but hit a nice parlay last night that netted me 4.5 units so I have a few more bullets of their money to play with. Will probably play Logano to win Xfinitiy for some action although I doubt his odds will be of value. You have a lean toward either Logano or Harvick on Saturday at all? I know anything can happen at Daytona. Would like to lock them in at +1000 before practice today. Odds seem to drop after they fall off the board from initial posting once practice begins. Or should I be looking elsewhere or maybe just stand down with Chase, Kyle B and Blaney and not end up with too many units risked in such an unpredictable race.?Thanks!

I mean u can't go wrong either way. Logano has done better overall recently at Daytona than about anybody, and Harvick is just a really good plate driver, so I Wouldn't be surprised if either won. Plus the group of guys they will be drafting with are elite as well

instead of only teams risking up lately manufactures seam to be the main focus. And both drive Fords and they have won almost every plate race lately. And both this year. I'm hoping to close a nice parlay with Ford to win but odds maybe too low on that, so maybe a team or other combo. That's if I even have the option from the xfinity race . Big IF. Lol

I just rewatched the 500 yesterday and he was dominant really. Leading 33 laps at Daytona is like leading 250 anywhere else

Another longshot im looking at for Xfinity is Mears. He's driving the #98 car which has been really strong recently at plate tracks. That's the car Amirola cashes in for us at a huge # at talladega. Last 5 plate finishes are 10,11,1,23,1

Hitting that baseball parlay (hit another prop for a unit in today's early game too) plus getting some good early odds helps. Always feel more confident when I'm playing with a little bit of they're money. Hope Joey hits Friday night and then one of my cup lineup hits Saturday!
