    PHOENIX--5mike5
im sad biys, the next to last race this weekend and #9 race in the chase ...BUT theres still a shit load of money to be won so lets go out there and get it these last 2 weeks...id take anything its all gravy from the chase ive had so far....but im greedy and got a 3 month break from getting my 3 payouts every week from my banker named Tony so i want MORE!!!

This will seal the deal for jimmie unless he has problems in the next 2 races as he is much better than kennseth is here at phoenix, even though jimmie doesn't win here often anymore, been almost 4 years and 7-8 race without looking since hes won...at this point in the season he just needs to stay clean and finish top 5 like he always does here...and kennseth hasn't even had a top finish in his last 11 races @ phoenix, so i dont think winning is on jimmie's mind now, staying in front of kennseth is and that should NOT be any problem this week and go into homestead with a double digit lead and its all over but the trophy being handed to him....

**but who cares about the championshp, lets just focus on who we need to be cashing in on the last 2 races of the the year, including nationwide as thats been like taking the mother's purse after she cashes he monthly check in it, instead of the baby's candy!!!

ALL 3 NASCAR SERIES will also be racing this weekend for another triple header weekend, with another night race fror the trucks, and early evening racing for the nationwide and Cup boys on Saturday and Sunday.... nothing better than that fellas...might as well call Saturday an BIG EASY payday since nationwide is runningmy goal was shattered for that series i made pre-season in May i think ..LOL

seriously, lets end this season with a bang because, holy shit balls it has been again the best ive ever yet again...overall profits keep going, up, and, up, and , up every single year...hopefully 2014 doesn't end that streak...the 500 is less than 4 months away boys!!! dont forget its close...hahahaha

as usual, i've already went through my main phoenix racetrack notebook, and watching the past races ...starting on a few of my individual driver notebooks for phoenix the last few hours and days and still have to take all notes on all drivers from the early spring race from here and for the racetrack notebook as well...where a whole lot has changed

As usual, all opinions and leans are always up for discussion from the 5 regulars here who make this thread what it has become...the best this whole forum has to offer, and by far the best nascar thread on any internet gambling forum period..

GOODLUCK boys and lets keep this chase profits rolling in, while we still can!!!!!

I like Phoenix. Like the track and barren location.

Hard to bet against JJ though!

yeah but on the other side he hasnt won phoenix in a while now...

always in top 5 but 0-7 races win wise, which for him at 1 of his better tracks is a drought

Thinking he just makes sure he stays in from of kennseth or make the gap as big as possible hitting the finale Shaun ?

Maybe just dont think he will gamble too much for a win making sure he keeps the 20 in check

Think depends how 20 runs if he gambles. As tiebreaker is wins and Jimmie one behind

Another dominant car is the best defense.

                      Anyone biting on +375 openers?

but like GP posted, why not dominant and get max points if u have the dominant car like he did last weekend, nothing better than that...he enever had to take 1 chance yesterday and got max pts

                            honestly, (imo)openers suck pretty bad..

these are the chase openers i expected all chase long, that mostlty ended up alot better than expected, but these stink imo...

at least 9/10 of them have 0 early value to jump on

Would have thought a 1 New Hampire, 2 Martinsville pretty unlikely for Kenseth.
Phoenix arguably a better track for him than those 2 by a wide margin.

Johnson 10-1 last 11 races at Phoenix vs Kenseth.
It appears Kenseth has found something for these track types, think he beats Johnson this weekend.
I know that is what NASCAR wants.

                                  Montoya can't win for losing

IRS says Montoya owes $2.7 million: The Internal Revenue Service is demanding $2.7 million in extra taxes and penalties from race car driver Juan Pablo Montoya, who, it asserts, had $9.5 million in taxable income in 2007 and 2008, nearly four times the $2.4 million he and his wife reported on their joint tax returns for the two years. In a previously unreported lawsuit filed in U.S. Tax Court, Montoya concedes that in those two years he had nearly $800,000 more in gross receipts, interest and partnership income than originally reported, but challenges the IRS other, even bigger dollar adjustments. Montoya, a 38-year-old Colombian citizen who now lives in state and local income tax free Miami with his wife, Connie Freydell, and three children, is hardly the first driver to run into trouble with the IRS. Coincidentally, he recently signed to drive in 2014 on the IndyCar team of Roger Penske, the billionaire CEO of Penske Automotive Group. That team already includes Brazilian Helio Castroneves, who placed second this year on the IndyCar circuit and is known beyond the track for winning Dancing With The Stars and for his 2009 jury acquittal on federal felony tax evasion charges.(full article at Forbes)(11-4-2013)

i LOVE a stacked nationwide race!

(care less about trucks, but odds should be good at least on a night race ill have to take sopmething on it!)

                                          HELL YEAH!

Phoenix arguably a better track for him than those 2 by a wide margin.

Johnson 10-1 last 11 races at Phoenix vs Kenseth.
It appears Kenseth has found something for these track types, think he beats Johnson this weekend.
I know that is what NASCAR wants.
glad in this sport they dont make those things happen....or we would have had some debris cautions last weekend thats 4 damn sure

A friend of mine is going to try to qualify for his first truck race at Phoenix. I just finished a small story about him for the paper tomorrow.
He's 43 y/o. Raced most of his life on local dirt tracks. He's only raced twice on a paved track...with ARCA at Kansas. It's always been a dream of his to race NASCAR. About a month ago he sold off a lot of his racing stuff and bought a truck.
He does OK on dirt tracks, but he's not the greatest driver. He's not afraid to go fast and has a history of hospital visits to prove it.
I hope things go well for him. His hopes are first to qualify and then finish in the top 20.
