Alright fellas after our last weekend of the entire Sprint Cup season were off to the BRICKYARD of Indianapolis Motorspeedway for 1 of the biggest races of the entire year!!! besides the daytona 500, this is by far the most prized trophy to all the drivers..The Nationwide series will also be running on the big track as well on Saturday afternoon! The truck series has the weekend off...After having a week off and taking some relaxation time on vacation, im ready for the late summer push to the start of the Chase!!!!

Indianapolis motor speedway is a 2.5 mile flat oval superspeedway...all the turns have only 9 degrees of banking, and the straights have 0 degrees of banking..both the front and backstretch measure out at 3,330 feet in length...

As always, all the regulars opinions and leans are always welcomed in the weekly thread...i still have alot of video to watch and individual driver and track notebooks to go over so will be making picks throughout the next week...this is not a track i need to wait on, besides hoping some odds get better as i usually pick from the same group of drivers for all the Indy races depending on current form and their odds of course

ive already bet him

even though i havent watched but 2 of the past 5 or 6 races from here so far, just from my notebook i know ill take him here as a longshot

hes been really good here but had terrible luck...his finishes dont indicate how good he is here imo...so as a longshot i pulled the trigger. and the worst hes ever qualified is 13th and usually right up front so not sure how much better his odds will get...if he gets better great, but didnt want to risk it...this is his whole season and u know how much he wants this win and CGR has the speed this year to maybe contend

something tells me we are more than likely in for a fuel mileage race, which is usually ALWAYS a factor here

Well got back home, ready for an amazing week of racing. Gonna be AWSOME. Felt good 2 get some time away with the woman of the house. Well that's me I guess. Lmao. Even though wasn't gone that long, still felt good. Buys me some time til she gets her next time off later in the year anyways.

for the remaining spots, i think these 3 are automatic: d.e. -280, g.b. -260, k.k. -230.
hard to see b.k. -130 not in the field.
having already won, t.s. and m.t. have inside track on wild cards. value fades on these two: t.s. +250, m.t. +190.
if j.g. +115 can get a breakthrough win, then he might bump someone out. same for ku.b. +175.
