yeah I have plenty of room for treats the weight and waist measurement is dropping so fast.

But I'm not minding all the fruit and vege smoothies and stuff like that.

And I bought myself enough $40/kg eye fillet steak for 3 meals this week, plus some Atlantic salmon and banana prawns the size of small dogs. which is a lot better than I usually feed myself.

Measured myself again not long ago and now I'm down 9.5lb and 3.3" off the waist measurement, and down 14.7lbs of total body fat. In 10 days of just ODing on fruit/veg, counting calories and walking every 2nd day really.
