Well I will not be wagering on this event, or even watching it. I kinda find it gross, because I can hardly eat 2 hotdogs because I dont find them all that great tasting.

They actually showed him lifting weights on the news this morning inpreperation for this event. Why would you need to lift weights anyway?

I love the stipulation that any contestant that has a 'reversal of fortune' will be eliminated. BTW Kobayashi is close a thing as there is to a lock.

He didn't run away with it like he did the past 5 years. Joey Chestnut was a close 2nd with 52. These two, however were way ahead of the rest of the field.

Joey Chestnut gave me a bit of a scare. I'm glad I didn't bet more than the moneyline. I wanted to put Kobayashi, Chestnut & Thomas in a Trifecta but I don't think any sportsbooks were taking that kind of action.
