Posted in my thread a few times that Pies are a 3QTR fade team. If you are going to book a bet like this, do it after 3 qtr time.

Statistically, the Pies worst quarter is the 3rd, by a long way.

yeah.

I was sweating bullets, because I had $440 on Pies TT over and they only put up 2 goals in the 3rd quarter and just seemed to be happy to relax with the big lead.

Never in doubt though.

Interestingly the other top 2 team, Geelong is in the same boat as Collingwood, winning only 5 out of 10 3Q's this year (before this round). Pies had won 4 out of 10.

But when it comes to 4Q's Geelong had won all 10 and the Pies 9 out of 10.

Haven't yet found a good way to take advantage of the stats, you guys use books that offer quarter by quarter betting?
