tracking Sportsbet juiced odds

Will only bet on plays that I like where the price offered by Sportsbet is lower than the Centrebet price in the same market.

Plays will be made on the Centrebet to take advantage of the better odds.

Severel posters have commented that Sportbet is a suckers book. I am here to test this statement and hopefully make some money doing so.

Sportsbet is no more a suckers bet than any other, I check sportspunter.com.au odds all the time and sometimes Sportsbet is up there with the best odds sometimes it isn't. I use it because they have all the betting options I want, and a nice clean interface. For the absolute best odds as a general rule on Aussie sports you can't go past Pinnacle, Betfair and the newcomer Readbet (haven't used them yet, just from what I'm seeing on sportspunter - they have very limited betting options however).

For the game you are mentioning you get worse odds on Sportsbet backing Serbia +1, but you get better odds backing Australia -1 on Sportsbet ($4.20 vs $3.75). So best to shop around for the best line if you're interested in that slightly better line.

For OS markets basically any other book than Pinnacle is a suckers book

I believe you are getting better odds backing Aus -1 because it is not the correct play, I may be wrong.

Just a theory I am testing, I will divulge more as results are gathered.

BTW, the Serbia +0.5 line is 1.84 on Pinnacle, goes to show how much we get rorted by Aussie books!

Sportsbet is pretty square on a lot of things - because they take the lines from Paddy Power. Not so on the Australian sports though. But check some of their international sports lines.
