Hannover may be tough opposition, lost only 4 of 13 away, but Werder need to step it up now and forget about the disappointing exit from the CL. Currently they sit 1 point behind Schalke for the 3rd CL spot and they are the better team. Next two home games for Werder are Bayern und Schalke, and last game of the season is away at Hamburg, so this one is a must.
