Bad luck man, terrible performance by Adelaide they're lucky to only lose by 25. Aside teams coming off byes being under conditioned and out of sorts with ball handling kicking skills it also looks like Adelaide or Port won't have much of a home ground advantage. Both SA teams losing to WA teams without a good travelling record.

The saints are going backwards while the bombers on the up. I do expect a better showing by the saints as it's roo's 200th game i just think they are off their game at the moment. Shocking in round 1, should of lost round 2 to Richmond.
The Bombers blew the doggies away and had a narrow lost to Sydney (a game they deserved to win). I think their running will get them over the line this afternoon.Comment -
i like essendon as well. the only thing that worries me is that i get the feeling that they could already be fatigued. playing defence likely to take alot more out of them which looked the case in the last quarter v sydney.
that said saints saints look like they have lost their spirit and without that they are ordinairy at best for mine.

Hoping Essendon do not blow the Blues away, I think this will be a phenomenal game today. Didn't have a great deal of time to look over the Hawks game but they will be too good for the weagles down in Tassie, So i went the safe option of the over 15.5, im think hawks by about 5 goals without looking into the game in too much depth.

wow. only a 9 point lead at halftime. sorry to everyone. if fremantle loses and i again lose my 3rd out of 3 bets in afl on a -500 moneyline fav, it proves beyond a doubt that i am a footy jinx. i seem to have the ability to make anyone play under their ability. whole half to go, but this was a 30 point fav who is playing like crap at home. unreal. now i dont really believe that, but wow. what a terrible start. fremantle was a pretty overwhelming fav, and they got their star back, and STILL playing poorly. hope they turn it up in 2nd half.Comment -

I wasn't exactly expecting a blow out in the freo game last week, but it also wouldn't have surprised me at all if it did happen. I was definitely expecting north to drop off the pace late in the game coming off the bye.
