    Woods v McDowell Tourney Matchup
Anrnold Palmer Invitational, Tiger Woods is 9/1 to win the tournament and Graeme McDowell is 20/1. Yet in the tournament matchup Woods v McDowell Tiger is only -130.

My initial impression is that those two numbers don't make a whole lot of sense. Would like to hear thoughts from others on this.

No idea why but no chance Tiger is winning this. More value in Gmac at 20/1 than Tiger at 9/1

I have no personal opinion on either side. Just trying to wrap my head around how one player can be given such a better chance to win the tournament and then be only slightly favoured in a tournament matchup.

thinking more on this maybe it is the bookie trying to attract attention on the 9/1 while they know he will be doing well just to beat Gmac?

That thought crossed my mind. However as of right now a little over 100k has been matched on betfair at 9/1. It appears to be a fair market price rather than a number put out by bookies because they know some suckers will take tiger at a price that offers no value.
