well fox calling it a night. Roddy would have won if he had gotten out. Tough to lose with the best horse with a gift of 10-1.

I had 200 WP on him ... He was the best but a bittersweet $6.00 place.

Had the 10th race at Northfield, #7 Western Empire 40WP, paid 42.40 AND 9.00 ... a 3/5 favorite finished 2nd and I had the 94.40 exacta x 10

Merriman was listed to drive on the 2,4,6,7 and elected to drive the 7 ... Went off 20-1 and won easily.

Had the winner in the last 3 races at Northfield paying 6.40, 9.40, 42.40 ... Need the 5 in the next race for a $5 pick 4.
