5. Best Supporting Actress - Cate Blanchett +138, Field +263
6. Best Director - Coen Bros. -312, Field +282

Any other nominees that won would be a huge upset. I think the Field has some value here.

I like the field for best picture. "There Will Be Blood" takes this one in my opinion.
