Gosh, I've lost last week on S. Africa. Should I pull the trigger on them again? Or should I....

I lost on South Africa last week two, but they are so much better then Australia.
Steyne should kick plenty of goals and some from 60 metres too, while Giteau keeps missing the straight ones

I haven't bet on sa yet, but I'm quite confident that they get it done tonight. Wallabies pack is rubbish. Backline isn't great either.

The Boks are trash. You guys were supposed to talk me out of betting S. Africa, not into betting on them and losing.

bah humbug! i was fortunate enough to stay away from them for the first two games, because i was scared of NZ. I thought Aus would be trash... they weren't.
I might now stay away from the tri-nations for a bit. I've realised i've been playing too many sports of late that are very hard to cap - tri-nations is definately one of them, NRL (for the rest of this season anyway), so is WNBA, CFL (degenerate?), soccer (now that its offseason for the major leagues) and minor tennis tournaments as well... I bet on far too much crap...i reckon all of those sports are losers for me in the long run (with the exception of maybe NRL). I need to just focus on the ones I can make money in.
i might just stick on MLB, AFL, MMA, cricket and the gallops.

I should have stayed away from S. Africa as well. I feel like the Boks owe me one now and I will confidently roll with them on their next game.
It's true though...betting on many different sports every day can be a bit daunting as far as picking winners if you lose a game or two, you can easily lose your way. That's why you will see me not make string bets on one sport where I'd just lost a bet for a few days. This keeps the losing to a minimum. I might make it a trifecta on MLB tomorrow with Seattle vs. Chicago game.

well, they have been travelling about as well as a guinness.
back in jo'burg it will be a different story. i was so impressed with NZ the first two games though, i think i'll stay away. it'll be interesting to see the line. I think it'll probably be set around evens...
going to stick to my policy of no-play unless i really feel it though.

Pondering the under 6.5 on San Diego/L.A. game but not a definite play yet. How does everyone else feel about this pick?

Ye bro new threads always feel isolated people only come in after they see it is has gone a few pages.
Did you have under 6.5 in late game?

Ya GroundnPound, I played under on that San Diego game. Pretty pathetic that it went over the total. Looked like Joe Torre decided this was the game to use the other relief pitchers in his bullpen and save the pitchers he would normally use for another game. I did hit the over total in Mariners past three games at Chicago, so that's some consolation.

All games went over the total.
Too bad this series is "over" today. It was wonderful to my pocketbook while it lasted.

Out of all the games - Grrr!!! Sucks you got hosed by Seattle. Figures, a team that scores 1 run a game it seems like, scores a bunch when you happened to put money on the T.T. going under.
Good thing is tomorrow there will be more bases and you'll get that loot back, I'm sure.

Same. Imagine this team without Ichiro. Even with him they are on pace for the lowest ever total of runs scored.
