    Season 2010 AFL
So for all u people out there who follow the great game of AFL (Aussie rules), i'm just creating a thread so that we can all have a place where we can discuss next years football season..

Such as futures betting, who will win the flag, who will finish bottom, which teams will do better then expected and which teams will not make the 8 etc... You see where i am headed with this - so speak your mind and lets talk some footy.

I'll kick start thing by saying i think Carlton wont make the 8 without Fev.

I think a hawthorn vs Bulldogs quinella is very very possible.

Geelong will miss out on the top 4 (massive call i know but the bubble has to burst sometime)

Pretty sure Naitanui is still eligible for the rising star award, if so get on him to take out the award.

Get on Jarryd Roughead to take the Coleman...

Good effort Rusty. Should be good to see how many actually follow the greatest sport in the world.
I've been playing for 5 years in Denmark and I love it. Imo the Cats will easily reach the top4 as their style of play is unmatched by any other side. Last season the other teams adapted a little bit and gave them some headaches, but teams are always going to struggle against the Cats with a guy like Ablett. I'm pretty much out of the loop with news and players and all that, but I have a friend who lives for this sport and he usually picks some nice upsets throughout the season. I know Jimmy Bartel personally as well so I'll try and get a hold of him, when the season's about to kick off and see if he has some inside news.
        Sorry about the Cats rant.

I agree with Carlton - Fevola is going to leave a big big gap.
The Saints are going to be up there again this year and I think the Crows as well.
It's going to be great season!

Cats have one more good year in them, definitely going to finish at least top three and I think the Swans will make a return to the eight this year.
