Vodka works just fine for me . I drink hf a bottle a week. The key though is drinking lemon water with a quarter teaspoon of organic honey every single morning when you get up. It is very good for your digestive system and it will keep your skin clear and I guarantee you will avoid things like colds, flu etc. I laugh at people that get up and start drinking coffee first thing. Worst thing you can do.
