    Thought id start a thread for the 2017 season where we can discuss games and hopefully pick some winners

    Starting with Blues -2.5 vs Rebels


    I can see the blues having a decent season this year, new coach that can actually motivate the maoris/islanders. Along with a decent line up. Sonny Bill, Ranger, Pulu, West, Tuipulutu, Moala, Ioane brothers, Kaino, Duffie.

    Havent seen team list for the game yet but hoping they name a strong team

          Blues/Rebels over 51.5

          First round is usually under due to the teams not in the swing of things, drop balls etc. But these two teams always have high scoring against each other, the average is 62 and they have never been under 52 in the 5 games they have played. It's also being played on a Thursday which never happens, I think the refs will try keep the game free flowing to make it more exciting for the viewers and get more Thursday ratings.
