He's on the 18th and a very "un-Phil" clutch shot to the hole. Has a chance at -3. Tiger would need a miracle. Phil is totally in control. Awesome!! Good guy with all of the cancer-related bs that's he's had to go through. If Phil wins the British Open, it moves him a step closer to Tiger and at 43 years old is just as good, if not better, than Woods.
