    AFL - Essendon +1.5
    Essendon +1.5

Even though this game is out west, i don't think West Coast can match the Bombers here. A few key outs in Hurn, Embley, and Scott Selwood will hurt the eagles, especially in the centre where you'd expect the roided up midfield of Watson, Stanton and Goddard to take full advantage. Although they put up a good fight against Hawthorn last week their 2 games prior consisted of a very narrow win against St Kilda in Melbourne (Montagnas miss from pretty much straight in front gifted them the game), and an embarassing loss to Richmond at home. They have the potential to be such a good team but again are having a sh*t run with injuries.

The Bombers have fresh legs after the bye and will love the big stage as they will try to put the latest news behind them. Bellchambers comes back in, even though he does have spud-like qualities, to give them a little boost in the ruck and up forward. This is also a great game for the Bombers to show they are a top 4 side and will give them a great confidence boost for the second half of the season (before they get all their premiership points taken away...)

Have you been watching any WCE games? Selwood is a liability for them, look at the bagging he gets on bigfooty forum, he's the Gillard of the team

The other outs are not that important either, this is basically a full strength WCE side who started to show against Hawthorn what they are capable of. They will know this is a must win and at home I expect them to give 100%. West Coast or no play for me.

Political reference, i like it. They still haven't proved it to me yet so we will see. It depends which Eagles side shows up but i'd expect it to be a close one nonetheless, with the week off giving the dons the slight edge they need

Eagles have been truly terrible at times so they are hard to bet on. That Richmond game 1st half was just a disgrace.

If Hawthorn hadn't brought their A game kicking wise I think WCE would have won, so I'm assuming that same team comes out tonight. BIG assumption I know.

But I think the ins and outs for tonight aren't that critical, it will come down to who can win enough clearances, teams have figured out with WC that they can let Nit Nat and Cox win the hit out and just anticipate where they tap it to. I got signs last game that WC were finally starting to adjust for that, we shall see. Good game for live betting IMO

Fair call. I haven't put the bet on yet because i was slack and overnight Bombers have now moved to -5.5 favourites so waiting for it to play out and jump on it live is probably the best option

I was going to pound the bombers but man theres been a rush of wagers on them. ML plummeted. $50 on eagles for a bit of action on a thursday night. Watching the game at the gym =D

I'm gunna wait until the start of the third to see how things go, ended up having a little 2 unit play on Watson to score over 99.5 in dreamteam to keep me interested
