North Melbourne either lose close ones or thrash opposition teams. North Melbourne could easily thump Carlton but I think the fact this clash means so much to both teams makes me think it'll be close but North Melbourne for me, especially at the ES. The fact that 5 of their 6 wins have been 40+ has scared me off playing this for any more than 1 unit.

I know Carlton are off a bye and the Swans are minus Goodes but I just think they're be really fired up after last week's poor loss against the Power. Think the fired up swans win comfortably tonight.

Still, I think this bulldogs new found offence is going to challenge Brisbane to the death and I see a high scoring thriller. The line is way too touch and go for me to play a side here.

once again the AFL make us sweat this one out. thank god for that 60 point 1st quarter else this may not of hit. behind after behind in that 4th quarter was a mega sweat but that 50 metre penalty goal saved us in the end. win's a win and i'll be back next week.

Think we see a shootout tonight. Both teams out of finals, west coast haven't scored anything past 2 weeks and both teams will want to put on a show for the fans since it's their last game of the season.

The fact that Essendon have been stripped of all their points tells me that Essendon will be treating this game like a grand final but I don't think they've been playing anywhere near well enough to win against Richmond who will want to win this game to seal 5th spot.

but the equation is crows have to win by about 60+ or eagles have to win by 80+ - very very unlikely anyway

I think the joint margin of Crows/port had to be about 60. At the time the crows only had to win by about 20-30! As it turns out, they would be in the finals now and waiting on North if port had won by a point. Academic now and nice hit on the Tigers!

Been a tough season and was up 20 units at one stage but faltered away and I guess the most positive aspect here is that i'm at a positive. I've not done with the season just yet with finals footy coming around. I am really liking these week 1 lines and as such I may be playing more units than I usually do.
