Hey mate.. cheers.
Take NBL plays lightly - definitely not using same unit sizes as NRL plays earlier in the year. So many motivational and variance factors come into play.. in saying that, the weak Aussie lines can be exploited at times.
Normally post plays late Thursday night for Friday games and late Sat / early Sun for Sunday afternoon games. GL

Round 5 2-3
Well.. who'd a thought the Tigers & Hawks could put up 90+ points.. massive reversal of form for the struggling Tigers and a complete blow out for the Hawks top of the table clash. Seems players in the NBL can shoot when they want too.
Damn.
Kings game turned out as expected but that was the sole winner today.
Better luck next week!

Round 6 Feels like forever since capping NBL and spending so much time on NBA.. so good looking games tonight.
Not playing Breakers vs Crocs - lines look way too sharp and books have it spot on from mine.
Play #1 36ers vs Tigers UNDER 158 1x 2.10 Watched this line rise on an o/s book and it is too good value to not take up. Tigers were lights out last week and books are throwing themselves at the OVER. However with the opposition out of the game in the 4th quarter they stacked up way too many points. 36ers should challenge them in defense tonight and we should get a tighter game - there is also the chance the Tigers fall back into old habits and start bricking shots (doubtful).
Have this at 154 on model which is the highest total for a Tigers game.. but think 158 is a little high and I'm rolling with the value from 5D
GL
Play #2 Hawks vs Kings OVER 157 1x 1.95 Hawks wracked up the points last week against a quality opposition. Kings defense is weak but they should still stay in the game for this one and have the highest offensive figures in the NBL. Model has this game at 163.. so I'm rolling with the OVER 157 1x 1.95. GL

That second quarter of the hawks/kings game was pathetic, some of the worst basketball I've seen in a long time.

That's what I thought!
This week has made it obvious that attempting to cap NBL while in an NBA mindset is disaster waiting to happen. While I could soldier on and grind away at more games the question is why?
I'm focused on NBA every day and modelling geared towards that. NBL is less about stats and more about attitudes / mindsets. Watching the Kings tonight and a total hit barely 115 has made me realise that. So... NBA is where the energy is from now on.
Respect MRXYZ and what he's achieving in the NBL - so will continue to follow his capping. GL mate
Thanks for following this year and apologies for leaving early (had to be done). Choose 1 league to CAP and CAP it well..

Kings/Hawks game was shocking! The NBL has sunk to new lows.

Tough losses today TG. You're off to a solid start in the NBA & good luck with your plays. This league is a joke most of the time. I reckon it's 80% situational with these clowns & they seem to render stats useless. A team like the Tigers can hit 80+ points one week & then put up 60 the next.
Thanks for the compliment, hopefully I can keep the cash flowing this season.

You're right about it being situational - that's the key I reckon

TG, thank you for your off-season effort with NBL.
I agree with concentrating your energies with NBA. NBL games are few and far between. It's still early in NBA but its already looking much better than last years eractic results for me personally.
In saying that you did 67% last season which is ridiculous percentage with the shorten schedule.
