Hey, im just getting into horse racing and odds and betting although I've been into sports all of my all life and was wondering if you could give me some tips. Like whats the most you can win at a track in 3 weeks? Also what are some online OTBs that are legal to use from Illinois? Is there a list of the best online OTBs? Whats the best way to place your bets if you are just an individual better? Thanks!
