Yeah its a business.They put one on my sisters car because she racked up tickets simply by parking out front of her house in Philly.

cant believe they went by a school on a Saturday and started booting people on graduation and I seen lots of peeps getting booted outside there house like your sister Mike, and several parking just to run up and get some food, take out

Yeah Philly is fuked up.Its a racket .They gauge you for parking,If not you get tickets,If you don't pay tickets they impound your car and hope that you can't pay so that they can auction it off.

I seen all those peeps that had there car impounded some were very upset, and I started thinking the same thing , this is a racket.

so far I have only watched some replays of Evangeline, received an email from them today here is there response

Our Turf course was completed in 2008. We can our first races on the turf in 2009. As for our dirt surface, we have a daily maintenance plan on maintaining the surface. Our surface is in great shape. We have a national known track consultant to come in several times a year to run various test on the surface to make sure that the mixture is consistent with what he and we feel it should be. Our times indicate that the surface is fair. Our injury reports indicate that the surface in kind to the animals running over it. We did not make any major changes, we simply continue to do what we feel is needed to make the surface as safe as possible

I asked again what is your maintenance schedule during live racing? What is your maintenance schedule between each race during live racing t-bred meet? They never answered the question directly with what they do exactly between races. However there is someone that can help and will have them ask a track official, will let you know if/when I get a response.
