The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 3 have authorized a strike at any time over a dispute about wages and scheduling. If a strike is authorized the 80 missing workers who maintain the grounds and place the horses in the starting gate might force the cancellation of the race. Doubt the strike will happen, but it would give I'll Have Another some extra rest.
