As for the Preakness I could be way off but I see Zetterholm as the value at 20-1.A lot of horses were tiring in the stretch yesterday so I can see 7-Bode getting run down late by one or more of either 4-Zetterholm,8-Daddy Nose Best, or 5-Went The Day Well.

I don't really see a point in making a bet with Bode on top so I'm thinking.(Cost uses lowest denomination possible)

Like I said I could be way off but yeah I don't like IHA at all.He has needed time/therapy in between every race and now comes back on 2 weeks.At least Bode proved in the derby he could fire without 4-6 weeks rest .Plus if Baffert says he is looking good and holding his weight then that is good enough for me.You got to take a stand somewhere and for this race mine is trying to beat IHA.

Yeah, I read that about IHA. But this is his 4th start of the year vs. 6th for Bode and I am hoping that plays a factor. Time will tell.

Alright I can no longer back this advice.I made these picks with a closer friendly track in mind after watching the track all week.As has become the norm for all tracks it looks like they paved the highway for big race days.

I should know better. I made all my bets after your original post. Mowed lawn ran errands saw race 4 winner with no idea of odds. Got excited and then ... From here forth I will let you settle in and judge conditions. Oh well who knows it's racing. BOL Mike and thx for taking the time post.

I also boxed the 2,4,7 tri every race (lucky #'s). Saw race 2 result with no idea of odds.

Sry.Thats why I don't really like posting picks ahead of time because I usually get my strongest opinions a minute or 2 before each race when I have all the information.It was pretty obvious by the 4th race that the track changed since yesterday.

Not really .I think the Preakness is going to turn out to be chalky.I'm going to put a W/P bet on Zetterholm but its just a shot in the dark
