I dont see any value in a Bode/ IHA exacta either. A win bet on Bode might pay $4.20, on IHA $ 6, and a $2 exact box that costs $4 dollars might pay $8.
I might risk a small wager on exacta box with 4 or 5 others and will only cost $20 .
