Anyone know where to get the best harness racing rebate percentages?

Best I have seen is 5 dimes. Asssuming you do not take a deposit bounus when you sign up you get their super high rebate. WPS- 2% up to 100$ wager/ Exotics- 4% up to $10 wager.

Unfortunatley, some of us can not play at the tracks you mentioned because of our state of residence does not allow it. They have the lottery but not legal horse wagering. 5 dimes max profit per race is $5000 for harness.
