Bit of a left field post - hope I can help.

Wikipedia does have a page about Finnish Trotting - there is no proper horse racing in Finland. Horse racing is staged in Norway, Sweden & Denmark.

The biggest track in Finland is Vermo - it's web-site is http://www.vermo.fi/vermo/fi/

They do seem to have a UStream link - http://www.vermo.fi/vermo/fi/videot/tototv/index.php

I've found a website that have a live streaming but need to sign up first.. the problem is, I'm not resident of Finland country. They need a Social Security Number for registration.
