it shouldn't be , is he using his cell phone or laptop, if its a cell or smart phone, its slow in all casinos, if he has a laptop with a connection, he moght have other programs running, if that's the case , or anyone should do this ,,,, go to start run type in msconfig a box should open go to the tab that says startup and uncheck all the things in there, they are all programs that are running, hope that helps,

That's a tough race.I can't decide between 6-Ascended Fever,7-Hold It, and 5-Heiressofthecrown.Hold It looks pretty lonely on the lead.Not going to talk you off Guyana Star who figures to be a big price .I gave a long look to that one and the only knock I found was that the last race pace collapsed pretty severely which makes running line look better than it was.

no msconfig then a start up then uncheck they are programs that are running in the background........you have google chrome , that's a browser, search engine, what operating system do you use, it should do it with all.
