OK Hart yeah I read there is a longshot idea to build a racetrack here in NC. see what happens. There will be about 8 physical books around the state. AS for as why they approved it got to think the revenue NC Makes is the reason. I mean 1 Million for a 5 year License Plus 18% Taxes.

Good to hear. I have apps for the 3 books offered here in my hick state and even an old goat like me figured it out. I wager peanuts but do enjoy dropping a cabbage leaf on an event every so often. Also, I get some opinionated lines which makes it even better.
