super stock for me str..realize he's the ml fav but I think a repeat of the arkansas derby will be too much for these..admittedly had him in that race but I never stick with a horse because of that..can always forgive the ky derby for the obvious reasons..very talented as a 2yo including a win and a miss by a head at this track..the negative of course is he'll probably be 6/5,however favorites do extremely well in 3yo stakes

Today - May 31, 2021 - Santa Anita - R3 - #2 Posterize - fits good for a 6 furlong race. Jockey isn't a top choice but he has done well with this horse. Nice pace for a pace race. Odds = 5/1 m/l

I think my horse is also dropping somewhat. They have gone too fast in his races and the pace has been hard on him. Just thinking maybe he gets a breather on the stretchout and steals it. A lot has to go right to beat your pick.
Maybe I'll play to win and save with a exacta with the fav on top and mine second.

yeah that's a drop and he's definitely the speed of the speed with pace figures..I have a hunch he may not have it easy on the front though as there is other possible speed
..it also bothered me that when he did wire them at kee it was a small field and a slow pace (by bris figs anyway)..but hey it's there big day and guessing ls in general is a speed track ...certainly won't be any slower today on what probably is their biggest day of the meet

one other thing I liked about ss arkansas derby win..he was within a couple of lengths of a very fast pace..I give extra credit on that kind of win..in his 3yo debut, the race before, ,by figs he was more compromised by the pace and of course off an almost 5 month layoff..alright I'll stop there lol..think he's solid and maybe the biggest knock is breaking from the 10 post

yeah have a hunch they'll be going the sprint path from here on out..he attended some lighting fast paces in his last 2 races in ky with the earlier being the bc juvenile..broke slow in the restricted stakes at aqu 2 back
but still got involved in the fast pace..sire ,dam sire combo is definitely more speed oriented..do you think they could possibly get him to stalk the pace in a sprint ? could see him being dangerous if he could do that
