if you look at the 13 (sugar ryan) last race he ran agaisnt a very good group led by major marvel at 1/5 won with ease who races in stakes and he also ran....in the unbridled stakes at lous, downs and was the favorite ...so i was watching the replays of his last race agaisnt major marvel...and he ran evenly...but he did ask him for horse and he did make a strong move that you cant see in the charts......so yesterday he went into a claimer and i thought he had a good shot to hang around and his charts are pretty good........hope that make sense..

Thats brutal. I liked the 10 in this race as well. How did you come up with the 13? Wasnt he like 60 to one?

Yea, it makes sense. I went back and looked at the form and the race 2 back made him a major contender as well. Probably the fact that he was post 13 and an also eligible made him such a big price.

yes,i believe so...........just for your info i would look at the others horses in that race dec 20th .the major marvel race ....and keep an eye out for them....just as sugar ryan came from that race,,,,sometimes its the race that you cant see on the charts ,that makes all the difference...

mikemca do a little homework for fun .....take that race on 11/10 with retreive and follow up on all the horses in that race ...then look at some of the horses in that race ...if that makes sense...its like a bloodline of charts lol

Yeah looks good but 7 or 8 first time starters in the field scares me.

Pletcher,Romans,Casse,McLaughlin,Keneall y,Mott all have 1st time starters that might whistle so this may be a key MSW come the spring.

Yeah looks like he is a notch below the best in his class but the horse that won Verrazano is already being touted as Pletcher's derby horse because he is a 1/2 to El Padrino.

Indy Awesome isn't fast enough to sprint.Never got going at all.Think the horse to watch out of the race was 35-1 Morethanahalo.Made up some serious ground when the frontrunners pretty much held their positions.

Aqueduct Race 6 #7 (20-1). Finished 6th in the mud on 12/9 in a $25K MDN claimer for $31K purse. Dropping to a $12.5 claimer for a $21K purse in a race where the fav is 6-5 that can be beat and everything else could be alive.
