I'm an Imperia fan. Plus would love to see K McLaughlin win the derby.Guy is the best trainer in the US and one of the classiest. That being said I wouldn't bet anyone this early.

I will however bet 9-Bourbon Courage 10-1 in tomorrows Cigar Mile at Aqueduct.

Coming up at Aqueduct in R5 I like 2-Ship Disturber 10-1

Race 8 1-My Cara Mia 30-1 may be slow but think every horse but her is going to be looking for a place to fall down before the 9f finish.

Race 9 7-Eh Cumpari 15-1 pretty much same thing as race 8 horse but 2nd race upside too with this one.

Race 10 9-Bourbon Courage10-1 - 3rd off layoff after a huge finish going shorter.

Churchill Downs

Race 4
1-Oo De Lally 12-1 - Arnold one of best at 1st out turf routes and no one knows it like a Clement or C Brown.

Yeah if you are going to be in for 1/2 or if anyone else wants in , everyone gets their fair share of picks.

Basically we just make 15 picks

your five strongest picks you make 3 stars
then five 2 stars
and five 1 star

To win you pretty much have to nail all your 3 stars or if you miss one then you have to nail all your 2 stars with four 3 stars.Think it takes anywhere from 21 to 26 points to win.

I bubbled with my solo entry last year.Think I finished like 6th or 7th and 5 got paid

As for picks there are a total of 30 points you can win so if we are going half then we each get 15 points worth of picks.

Whether it be I get (3) three star picks , (2) two star , and (2) one star

last yr gulfstream had 28% wire to wire on main track
16% within 1/2 length at first call

15% won by closers
41% stalkers 1-4 length back at call

pletcher send 33 msw 3 yo off at 2-1 or less winning 55%
12 at odds on winning 8 times..

so leaves 10-21 between even money and 2-1. 47%

Might Be good place to key in exotics or single in pick 3,4 etc

Speed stats were based on over 400 races last years main track for entire meet

but "categorically" a strong wager is,a pletcher MSW 3 yr old firster bet down to odds on favorite
