i dont know if this may help or lead you to what you want but here is a link i think for indian racing
Also, British bookmakers do not gamble on this racing - but if you go to racebets.com -
they have a daily card and you can bet on the tote odds.
From my own experience, most races at Mumbai and around India are sorted out in the parade ring before
the jockeys get on their horses.
I remember when I went to Delhi Races, 1 mile horse shoe racetrack.
My Indian girlfriend was hearing all the stable lads/lass talking in Hindi about what was said in the
parade ring.
I thought she was taking the piss and I didn't listen to her for 3 races - but blindly backed what
the stable lad/lasses where talking to each other about what was "negotiated" before the jocks got up and
cleaned up on the last 3.
Also, a while back, a local Mumbai newspaper busted the RWITC for corruption over their Jackpot.
A reporter I seem to remember worked undercover for a time within the RWITC and found out that
the RWITC have a big carry-over/roll over Jackpot at every meeting.
It is very hard to win - but if there was 1, 2 or even 3 winners - the RWITC would print a "winning ticket"
from a lucky till after all the races were run and if there was a single winner - then it would be announced there was 2 winners and RWITC kept half the pot, or if there was 2 winners - then there was 3 winning tickets - with the RWITC winning 33% of the pot - you get my drift.
Anyhow, if you are going to gamble on Indian races - unless someone calls you from the parade ring,
you are basically pissing in the wind - unless you bet on the big Group 1 races- then you have a chance.
Last Sunday, the Indian Derby was won by a brillaint horse - the best filly for 40 years in India.
Watch the replay and remember the name as this horse might win at the Dubai International Carnival.
No Indian bookmakers are only allowed to operate at the track and the Betting Tax is 26%.
If you want a proper bet on the races, you need a mobile and a dodgy bookie off-course that
will lay you a proper tax-free bet and will accept bets on the cricket and premiership football as well.
