Best book for offshore horse betting?
While I have been a follower of SBR for quite some time, this is my first post. I bet horses and only horses. Not interested in casino, poker or other sports betting. I live in Arizona... one of those states where online horse betting is restricted, so I can't use any USA-based betting service. I have never used an offshore book and I'm looking for advice on a good book to use. All things considered... rebates, bonuses, rewards, ease of banking and cost-efficiency in receiving payouts... what offshore sportsbook would you recommend for horse betting? Or, should I stick with driving to the nearest OTB?... which is not always an option, and not nearly as convenient as betting from home would be.
