5 dimes gives you an extra 10 percent on some tracks and has rebates..any others

I asked this same question in the newbie forum. I live in Arizona where you can not bet online through USA betting services. I have never used an offshore racebook. The rebates and bonuses hyped on some sites look great... then you see the fees charged to receive payouts and their added percentages don't look so impressive. I have been using an OTB which is not so convenient at times and has some limitations... would like to bet online. But, from some of what I've read about the hassles of offshore... maybe I'm better off with the OTB.

I have a friend that has had good luck using Bodog for his offshore account for horses and sports bets.

5 dimes hands down 10% extra on all cashes or 5% rebate on losses you get a choice of either one

When you say "good luck" what do you mean? ... he hasn't encountered issues with getting bets placed, receiving payouts, getting proper credit for rebates, etc.?

I like books that offer horse matchups. Allows you to stay connected if you don't have time to cap a whole race. Plus they're much easier. BetOnline has them.

If you bet exotics make sure to check the max payouts for each track. They're vastly different with different books.

The only thing about playing the horses at an offshore book is they have max payouts..they dont always pay track odds.

Say you hit a nice superfecta that pays 30K you wont get all of it..you will only get the max that the book pays.

Sorry for the delay in replying. Yes, in all those things you mentioned. I have never used an offshore account so I do not have any personal experience. My friend does both sports/horse plays.
